Marye's Heights- The Stone Wall
Marye's Heights- The Stone Wall. Think of the four charges against this wall, getting to within paces of this wall. And then, Chamberlain, covering himself with dead bodies, and spending the night here, with bullets flying over your head, and impacting next to you.
Fredericksburg- Rifle Pits at the Right of the Confederate Line.
Chancellorsville, by the crossroads, and (below) Catharine's furnace.

Wilderness- Stonewall Jackson's arm at Ellwood
Stonewall's chaplain Beverley Tucker Lacy recovered his amputated arm and buried it at Ellwood (aka-The Lacy House) on May 4, 1863.
Wilderness (from road)
Always fascinating to see the trench works, almost 150 years old, still in existence.
